NO-SHELL KETO TACOS

Ingredients

Clean Hamburger Meat cooked with Taco Seasoning* (recipe below)

Pasture-Raised Cheese, shredded

Organic Cherry Tomatoes, diced

Organic Lettuce, chopped

Pasture-Raised Sour Cream

Jalapenos, sliced

Instructions

Cook the hamburger meat and add taco seasoning to it.

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!

 

TACO SEASONING RECIPE*

Ingredients

1 T               Chili Powder

¼ tsp           Garlic Powder

¼ tsp           Onion Powder

¼ tsp           Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

¼ tsp           Dried Oregano

½ tsp           Paprika

1 tsp            Pink Himalayan Salt

¼ tsp           Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir together.

Fermented COBB EGG SALAD

Salad Dressing Ingredients

3 T                 Soy-Free Mayonnaise

3 T                 Full-Fat Greek Yogurt

2 T                 Red Wine Vinegar

1 T                 Bubbies’ Sauerkraut Juice OR 1 Gut Shot

Pinch            Pink Himalayan Salt

Pinch            Ground Black Pepper

Egg Salad Ingredients

4                    Pasture-Raised Eggs, boiled, cut into chunks

4 slices         Clean Sugar-Free Bacon, cooked & crumbled

1                    Avocado, cut into chunks

¼ cup            Pasture-Raised Shredded Cheese

4                    Organic Cherry Tomatoes, cut in halves

1 T                 Sunflower Seeds

1 T                 Dried Chives to garnish

Salad Dressing Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Set aside.

Egg Salad Instructions

Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut into chunks.

Cook the bacon, drain it and crumble it into pieces.

Cut the avocado into bite-sized chunks.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Add all to a large serving bowl and toss together.

Gently fold the dressing into the salad and garnish with the dried chives.
